Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Gigify collects when you use gigify.ge or the Gigify app, why we need it, who helps us process it, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for your data
Avgasta LLC (ID 405787554), Georgia. For anything about your data, write to support@gigify.ge.
What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and to deliver your order: we send the link to your order page and messages about it there.
- Your name, only if you give it to us, for example on a gift.
- Order and payment details: what you bought, the amount, the currency, the order status and the payment reference. We never see or store your card details: payments are handled by our payment provider.
- eSIM details: the eSIM's number (ICCID), its activation details, its status (for example installed or expired) and how much data it has used.
- Device information: your phone's model and system version, as the app or the browser reports them. We use them to check whether your phone supports eSIM and to show the right install steps. When you send a chat message, these details travel with it and are deleted after 30 days.
- Support conversations: the chat messages, screenshots and voice messages you send us. Voice messages are turned into text so that the assistant and our team can read them.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to stop abuse, for example too many sign-in attempts.
Why we use it
- To deliver your eSIM and top-ups and to manage your orders.
- To take payments and to make refunds.
- To help you through the support chat and email.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent fraud.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records.
- Only if you accept cookies on the website: to see how the website is used and which of our ads work.
We use your data to carry out the purchase you asked for, to meet our legal obligations, and in our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working well. For analytics on the website, we rely on your consent.
Who processes it for us
We use a few service providers to run Gigify. Each one gets only what it needs for its job:
- our eSIM supplier, which creates your eSIM and tells us its status and usage (it gets our order number, not your email address);
- our payment provider, which handles card payments and refunds;
- hosting, email and sign-in services;
- the AI service behind the support assistant (it never gets your email address);
- WhatsApp, only if you choose to message us there;
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel), on the website and only if you accept cookies (see below).
Some of these companies process data outside Georgia, for example in the European Union or the United States. We don't sell your personal data. We share data for advertising only as described under "Cookies and analytics", and only if you accept.
How long we keep it
- Orders and payment records: as long as the law of Georgia requires.
- Support chats, screenshots and voice messages: as long as we need them to handle your request and improve our service, until you ask us to delete them. Deleting a chat in the app or on the website hides it from you, but our support team can still see it. To have a chat removed completely, ask us at support@gigify.ge.
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it. Order records we must keep by law stay for the period above.
Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you can:
- ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it;
- withdraw your consent where we rely on it.
Cookies and analytics
Some cookies the site needs to work, so they are always on:
- a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, plus a short-lived one while you use “Continue with Google”;
- your language and currency choice, saved in your browser (in the app, on your phone).
On the website (not in the app) we also use two analytics tools, but only if you press Accept in the cookie banner:
- Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages people use and where they came from;
- Meta Pixel, to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors and purchases.
They see which pages you open, the device and browser you use and your rough location, and, when you buy, the order number, the amount and the currency. They never get your email address, your name, the link to your order or a gift code.
If you press Decline, or haven't chosen yet, the Meta Pixel is never loaded and Google Analytics sets no cookies: it only gets cookie-free signals that a page was opened, which can't recognise you on a later visit.
We keep your choice for 12 months. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, we'll update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
