Terms and conditions
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from Gigify on gigify.ge or in the Gigify app. Please read them before you buy: by placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
Gigify is a brand of Avgasta LLC (ID 405787554), Georgia. You can reach us at support@gigify.ge or in the support chat.
2. What we sell
Gigify sells travel eSIMs: mobile data plans that you install on your phone instead of a plastic SIM card.
- Data only. Our eSIMs give you mobile internet. They have no phone number and can't make or receive regular calls or SMS. Apps that work over the internet, such as WhatsApp, Telegram or FaceTime, work as usual.
- Each package is for one country or a region and comes with a data amount (for example 5 GB) and a validity period (for example 30 days). Some packages are daily: they give you a set amount of high-speed data every day.
- A top-up adds more data to an eSIM you already bought from us. It goes onto the same eSIM, so there's nothing new to install.
- The eSIM works on partner mobile networks at your destination. Coverage and speed depend on those networks and on where you are.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) or US dollars ($). You pay in the currency shown at checkout, and the price shown there is the final price of the order.
- You pay by bank card through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Promo codes and gift codes are applied at checkout. Each promo code has its own conditions, for example an end date or one use per customer.
- An order that isn't paid within 60 minutes is cancelled automatically. If the payment for it still arrives later, we deliver the eSIM.
4. Delivery
Your eSIM is delivered online, usually within a few minutes of payment: on your order page and by email. Nothing is shipped. Details are on the Delivery page.
5. Validity
Each package lasts for the period stated on it. For most packages, the period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it. The package details show when yours starts.
A package ends when its data runs out or its validity period ends, whichever comes first. Unused data doesn't carry over.
6. What you need to do
- Install the eSIM before you travel, while you're connected to Wi-Fi.
- At your destination, turn on data roaming for the Gigify eSIM line.
- Give us an email address that's correct and that you can open: we send your order link and important messages there.
- Don't delete the eSIM from your phone while you still need it. A deleted eSIM usually can't be installed again.
- Use the service lawfully. Don't resell it, and don't use it for spam, fraud or anything that breaks the law or the rules of the partner networks.
7. If something goes wrong
If the eSIM doesn't install or doesn't connect, contact us straight away in the support chat or at support@gigify.ge. Most problems take a few minutes to fix, for example when data roaming is switched off. When you can get your money back is explained in our Refund policy.
8. Our responsibility
- We do our best to deliver a working eSIM and to help you whenever it doesn't work.
- We aren't responsible for problems caused by a phone that doesn't support eSIM or is locked to a carrier, by an eSIM you deleted, by your phone's settings, or by gaps in network coverage that are outside our control (for example in remote areas, on planes or on ships).
- Where the law allows it, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of Georgia.
9. Your account
You sign in with a link we email you, or with Google. Keep your email secure: anyone who can open it can sign in to your Gigify account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. An order is covered by the version that was on this page when you placed it. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll try to solve it quickly. If we can't agree, the dispute will be decided by the courts of Georgia.
