Refund policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
We want every customer to end up with a working eSIM. If that doesn't happen, here's when and how you get your money back.
When you get a full refund
- The eSIM hasn't been installed or activated and no data has been used, for example because your trip was cancelled.
- We couldn't deliver the eSIM, and we couldn't fix it.
- The eSIM doesn't work because of a fault on our side or the network's, and we can't fix it.
When there's no refund
- Once data has been used on the eSIM, unless it stopped working because of a fault on our side or the network's.
- After the package's validity period has ended.
- When the problem comes from a phone that doesn't support eSIM or is locked to a carrier, from an eSIM that was deleted, or from the phone's settings. Even then, we'll always try to help you get it working first.
A top-up is refunded under the same rules as the eSIM it was added to.
Discounts and gift codes
- A promo-code discount isn't paid out as cash: a refund returns only the amount you actually paid.
- If part of an order was paid with a gift code, that part goes back onto the gift code, not to your card.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us in the support chat or at support@gigify.ge. Tell us the email address you ordered with and which eSIM it's about (the link to your order helps). We check the eSIM's status with the network, for example whether it was installed and whether any data was used.
How long it takes
- We answer refund requests as soon as we can, usually within a few business days.
- An approved refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it in your account.
- Once refunded, the eSIM is switched off and can't be used any more.
